Roger, Murray and other top seeds off to fourth round at SW 19

A easy first ween at the all England Club will mean that Roger Federer has the opportunity to break Pete Sampras's record f 15 Grand Slams. Roger began his first match in the center court in the absence of the Top seed Rafael Nadal.

He walked up in a military attire after all thats what Wimbledon for Federer is all about. He cruised past the fist two matches in straight sets then in the third round he had to struggle a bit against German's Philip Kohlschribber winning it in four sets.

Roger is looking for his 6th Wimbledon title and the only thing that is supposed to stand in his way is Britain's very own Andy Murray. Murray now the second seed too got through his fourth round with ease.

Roger faces Soderling !

Now a interesting fourth round game for Roger, against the man who he won his French open crown, Yup thats right Robin Soderling. Now Soderling said "No one can defeat me 11 times in a row" Well..We certainly hope that becomes true but its Roger Federer my god! It would be a big upset if Roger fails to go the quarter Finals.

Other top seeds Novak Djokovic and Andy Roddick too got to their respective fourth round games. The upsets were Juan Martin Del potro, semi finalist at RG , Fernando Gonzalez and Nikolay Davydenko.

In the women's draw two time defending champion and tournament favourite Venus Williams and her sister Serena, Ana Ivanovic and Dinara Safina too progressed for their respective fourth round games while Maria Sharapova, Jelena Jankovic did not.
